SRD 364 Architecture 3b: Project 3
Design Brief:
Following the development of the master plan, you will continue to work as a group member, but also on an individual basis. The master plan for the school is not a static entity, and will need to be developed and refined over the course of the project until it reaches its final form. From the master plan and brief development, the team will, within the first week, allocate a fair share of the buildings and spaces within the school master plan to each group member. Selection should be delegated based on the requirements of the brief, and also the interests of the student in the group. Each individual will develop a full proposal for those buildings as an individual, although in close consultation with their group.

SRD 364 Architecture 3b Projects 2
Final Phase:
Project 2 Brief
You are asked to develop, in your current groups, a brief and create a master plan for Torquay College Senior School on the site of the SurfCoast Shire Council offices. Plans are currently underway to relocate these offices to a new site, thus making the site available for potential school. Existing buildings may be re-used or demolished, landscape may be bulldozed and reformed, roads and pathways may be introduced-your team has complete control over the final master plan and must take complete ownership of the problem in order to be successful.
